Return and exchange policy
At Sunnielle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, we offer you the possibility to return or exchange the product according to the following conditions.
Return Deadline
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. To benefit from a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused and undamaged.
The original packaging must be intact.
Products that cannot be returned are those that have been unsealed or used, personalized products, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. brushes, sponges, etc.).
Return Procedure
Contact us at info@sunielle.com to request a product return.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return, we will provide you with further instructions and a return form.
The return of products is at the customer's expense, and the shipping cost is not refundable, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
After receiving the returned product, we will process the return and refund the amount paid within 14 days, to the bank account indicated by you.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the product you wish to exchange. Shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns of certain products that are not sealed and cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, such as:
Personal care products
Products that are unsealed, used or damaged due to the customer's fault
Money Refund
In the event of a return according to our policy, the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded in full, less delivery costs, to the bank account indicated by you. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
Defective or Wrongly Delivered Products
If you have received a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will take back the defective product and cover the shipping costs. You will receive a replacement product or a full refund of the amount paid.
